此作品為新中式餐飲品牌的概念提案。

以一家傳統餃子老店為發想,結合年輕化的潮流元素與 IP 角色設計,重新塑造品牌形象,打造屬於「餃當家」的餃子宇宙。

透過可愛且具有辨識度的角色「餃王子」,讓傳統中式料理除了保有溫暖與熟悉感,也能以更活潑、親近的方式與年輕族群產生連結。
除了原有的餐點販售外,也希望未來能延伸角色周邊、包裝設計與品牌聯名等發展可能,讓品牌不只是餐飲,更成為具有故事感與陪伴感的 IP 品牌。

This project is a conceptual proposal for a modern Chinese-style restaurant brand.

Inspired by a traditional dumpling shop,
the brand combines trendy visual elements with IP character design to reimagine the identity of “Dumpling House” and create its own unique dumpling universe.

Through the adorable and recognizable mascot “Prince Dumpling” the project aims to preserve the warmth of traditional Chinese cuisine while connecting with younger audiences in a more playful and approachable way.

Beyond food offerings, the brand also explores the potential for character merchandise,
packaging design, and future collaborations — transforming the restaurant into a storytelling-driven IP brand with emotional appeal.
